Appointment Times and Cancellation Policy

Appointment Times and Cancellation Policy

If your psychologist is late, you will still receive the full session time either by extending your appointment time or by re-arranging to a time convenient for both your psychologist and yourself.

If you are late, the session will usually finish at the scheduled time which may result in a much shorter session time.

As you can understand it is nearly impossible for a psychologist to book a new client at very short notice.  If, for some reason you need to cancel or postpone the appointment, please give your psychologist at least 48 hours’ notice, otherwise you will be charged in full for that session (Please note this must be during the working week by phone or email)

If sudden illness or unexpected personal circumstances arise, please contact your psychologist as soon as possible (contact details below) to explain the problem and the cancellation fee will normally be waivered.
